Group Ear Acupuncture Treatment

Group Ear Acupuncture treatments involve a series of 5 needles in each ear in specific acupuncture points (referred to as the NADA protocol), that have been found to be incredibly useful in treating anxiety, relieving the effects of trauma, and also in easing withdrawal symptoms from addiction. This treatment protocol has been used in natural disasters and war zones to treat trauma and PTSD, to help ease physical and emotional symptoms of withdrawal from addictive substances, and to provide relaxation and a calming effect for those suffering from stress and/or anxiety. This is also a great introduction to acupuncture, as the points are just on the ears, and there is no health intake involved. These treatments can be provided for groups of up to 10 people an hour, and can be used in any group that wants to nurture relaxation together. This can be used in a workplace setting as a way to support employee well-being, in group therapy settings, and as an adjunct to other healing modalities in retreats and workshops.
